So conflicted about TM. It clearly has benefits, but they also straight up lie about it, too. They say you don't direct the mind yet they tell you to return to the mantra if your mind strays. They say it's non-religious, but they have you bring fruit, flowers, and a cloth to the initiation ceremony where the teacher sings, chants, and burns incense.
